Orders are shipped within 1 business day of receipt
If we are unable to ship your order within 1 business day, we will contact you by email
Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground Shipping
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping zone and weather conditions

Same-Day Delivery — DFW

Same-day delivery is available within DFW area for orders placed before 12:00PM Central
Minimum order: $99
Same-day delivery is subject to availability

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Return Authorization is Required – before returning any product, you must contact ReLace-HQ to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Returns received without an RMA will be returned to the customer, no exceptions
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped
No credit will be issued for laces that have been used or cut

Damaged Products

If you believed you’ve received a damaged product, please contact ReLace-HQ within 7 days of receiving your order
Once notified, a replacement will be sent for the damaged product
If we are not notified within 7 days, we will be unable to replace the damaged item

Our leather laces are made from natural materials – variations in color, texture, and appearance are natural characteristics of these products and are not considered defects
